Drilling tool not start

  Low compressed air pressure  Increase output compressed air pressure from the air compressor
 Bit is jammed  Clean the bit
 Hammer is dirty  Clean the hammer
 Parts are worn or damaged  Repair the hammer
 Excessive or insufficient lubricant  Adjust the lubricator
 Lubricant is too thick  Clean and replace the lubricant
 Low penetration speed  Low compressed air pressure  Increase output compressed air pressure from the air compressor
 Bit was dulled  Regrind and replace the bit
 Hammer is dirty  Clean the hammer
 Parts are worn or damaged  Repair the hammer
 Excessive or insufficient lubricant  Adjust the lubricator
 Poor removal of drilling cuttings  Low compressed air pressure  Increase output compressed air pressure from the air compressor
 Bit is jammed  Clean the bit
 Hammer is dirty  Clean the hammer
 Outer casing pipe was excessive worn  Replace the outer casing pipe
 Adjusting air plug is not suitable to drilling conditions  Adjust the dimension of the plug
 Intermittently operate  Bit is jammed  Clean the bit
 Hammer is dirty  Clean the hammer
 Parts are worn or damaged  Repair the hammer
 Excessive or insufficient lubricant  Adjust the lubricator
